Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetend creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon milk of choice
- 2 – 3 pieces 80% dark chocolate, chopped

Pour into a mug (regular-big). It will rise in the microwave.
