Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Mug Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetend creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon milk of choice
  • 2 – 3 pieces 80% dark chocolate, chopped

    Instructions:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together
    2. Pour into a mug (regular-big). It will rise in the microwave.
    3. Cook for 1-2 minutes on high in the microwave. All microwaves are different, so I recommend checking the cake after 1 minute and then cooking longer if needed
