Ingredients:

  • 1 cup / 130g frozen raspberries 
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3/4 cup / 180 ml / 190g high-protein Greek yogurt, the yogurt I use has 13g protein per 100g
  • 1/4 cup / 60 ml milk of choice 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy
