Christmas is just around the corner! This Healthy Santa Pancake is such a fun Christmas morning breakfast idea! It’s like having dessert for breakfast!
This recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free and refined sugar-free! I used strawberries to make the hat. For the beard I used vegan vanilla yogurt but you could use whipped cream too. Dark chocolate chips worked as eyes and mouth and a slice of a strawberry as a nose.
I made a protein pancake for this recipe. I used vegan vanilla protein powder in it. You could replace the protein powder with any flour. I often make my pancakes with buckwheat flour and that works perfectly.
This Healthy Santa Pancake tastes yummy and it’s also super fun to make! This would be a great breakfast to make with your family on Christmas morning.
