Healthy Banana Split
Do you have a sweet tooth and dream about having dessert for breakfast? Here is a recipe idea you could try! This Healthy Banana Split is super easy to make and it’s so yummy! You could make this for a dessert or snack as well.
This recipe is gluten-free, low-FODMAP and refined sugar-free. It is high in protein, so it’s a great post workout snack, for example.
This recipe is easily adaptable. I used lactose-free Greek yogurt in this but you could, of course, use a vegan yogurt as well. You can add any toppings you like. I added blueberries, lingonberries, chia seeds, peanut butter and dark chocolate chips. Cacao nibs, for example, would be a great addition. Peanut butter can be replaced with any other nut butter or sunflower seed butter if you are allergic to nuts.
