Easy recipes are my favourites! This dip is such a great snack idea! It is very quick to make and tastes so yummy! If you love peanut butter like me, you have to try this 2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Dip.
You’ll only need two ingredients to make the dip. I used lactose-free Greek yogurt but you could also use vegan yogurt in this. Peanut butter can be replaced with any other nut butter or sunflower seed butter, for example.
I try to eat protein and healthy fats on every single meal. That’s why I love naturally high-protein snacks, like this dip. This could also be a delicious dessert idea. You could even add some cacao nibs or chocolate chips to the dip or melted chocolate, for example. Have to try that next time!

2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Dip
Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons Greek yogurt lactose-free if on the low-FODMAP diet
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt with the peanut butter. Serve with berries, fruit or vegetables!
