This mug cake is super fluffy and delicious! The cake is ready in just a few minutes! The recipe is gluten-free and dairy-free!
I used Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder from Happy Way in this recipe! They make the yummiest vegan protein powders I have ever tasted! Their powders are 100% natural and packed with flavor! Healthy Protein Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate Protein Powder I used Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder from Happy Way
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour I used almond flour
- 1/2 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- In a mug mix an egg, maple syrup and vanilla extract together.
- Mix the dry ingredients together. Add the dry ingredients into the mug and mix until smooth.
- Cook in a microwave for 45 seconds - 1 minute. Top with berries and yogurt or ice cream!
