Simple recipes are my favorite! I always try to create recipes with as few ingredients as possible that are also easy to find. The recipe for these Easy Banana Pancakes is super simple and delicious! Such a great breakfast or snack idea!
These pancakes are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and paleo. The recipe contains only four ingredients. I used almond flour in these pancakes, but you could use any flour you have. The riper the bananas are that you are using, the sweeter the pancakes will be.
I added some cinnamon to these pancakes, but you could also leave that out. Ground cardamon would also be a great addition!

Easy Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 mashed banana
- 2 eggs
- 1/4-1/2 cup almond flour or any other flour (1/2-1 dl)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the banana and the eggs together.
- Add the dry ingredients and stir.
- Cook on a non stick skillet with a little bit of coconut oil, about 1-2 minutes each side.
- Serve with, for example, maple syrup and berries.
