These Easy Banana Pancakes are gluten- free and dairy-free

These pancakes are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and paleo. The recipe contains only four ingredients. I used almond flour in these pancakes, but you could use any flour you have. The riper the bananas are that you are using, the sweeter the pancakes will be.

I added some cinnamon to these pancakes, but you could also leave that out. Ground cardamon would also be a great addition!

These Easy Banana Pancakes are such a great breakfast or snack idea! The recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free and paleo.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4-1/2 cup almond flour or any other flour (1/2-1 dl)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Mix the banana and the eggs together.
  • Add the dry ingredients and stir.
  • Cook on a non stick skillet with a little bit of coconut oil, about 1-2 minutes each side.
  • Serve with, for example, maple syrup and berries.
