These pancakes are gluten-free & dairy-free. The recipe contains only five ingredients. The riper the bananas are that you are using, the sweeter the pancakes will be.

Ingredients:

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour of choice (120 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions:

  1. Mix the bananas and eggs together.
  2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Cook on a non-stick skillet with a little bit of coconut oil, about 1-2 minutes each side.
  4. Serve with melted dark chocolate and berries.
