These pancakes are gluten-free, dairy-free and paleo. The recipe contains only five ingredients. I used almond flour in these pancakes, but you could use any flour you have. The riper the bananas are that you are using, the sweeter the pancakes will be.

Ingredients
- 2 mashed bananas
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour about 1,2 dl
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Mix the bananas and eggs together.
- Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Cook on a non-stick skillet with a little bit of coconut oil, about 1-2 minutes each side.
- Serve with melted dark chocolate and berries.
