This recipe is super simple. You only need three ingredients. Doesn’t get much easier than this! These Healthy Banana Popsicles are vegan and gluten-free. I dipped the bananas first in peanut butter and then in dark chocolate. You could use any nut butter and any chocolate you like.

Healthy Banana Popsicles

These Healthy Banana Popsicles are vegan and gluten-free. These yummy treats will cool you down on a hot summer day and they will also satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas
  • about 1 cup peanut butter
  • about 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Cut the bananas in half and poke a stick into the middle of each banana. Place the bananas on a plate lined with parchment paper and put them into the freezer for about an hour.
  • Then dip the bananas in peanut butter. After that put them into the freezer to set for a couple of hours.
  • When the peanut butter has set, dip the bananas in melted dark chocolate. Drizzle some peanut butter or sprinkle some shredded coconut on top if you like, and enjoy! Store these popsicles in the freezer!
