I eat oatmeal for breakfast every single day. I usually just have a bowl of regular oatmeal with chia seeds and some fruits or berries. Sometimes I want to make a little twist to it. I was craving chocolate, so I made a bowl of Healthy Chocolate Coconut Oatmeal.
This recipe is super easy. The breakfast will be ready in just a few minutes. You cook the oatmeal in the microwave which makes it faster.
I really love this recipe. It is so easy but tastes so yummy and chocolaty. I sweetened it with a little bit of maple syrup. I wanted to add some other flavor as well, so I put some shredded coconut into this as well. Chocolate and coconut are a perfect combo. This Healthy Chocolate Coconut Oatmeal tastes like Bounty bars. A perfect breakfast for busy people who still want to enjoy a delicious meal in the mornings.
