The crispy sugar topping is the best part of this dessert

It´s not so difficult to make this dessert, it just takes some time. But it is definitely worth the effort and time, this dessert is so delicious. The crispy sugar topping and the creamy “custard” taste amazing together.

This dessert is naturally gluten-free, so it´s perfect for coeliacs. I also used lactose-free products, so it´s also low in FODMAPs. It´s great to have a dessert to enjoy during holidays that doesn´t make you feel awful.

The Christmassy Crème Brûlée tastes a lot like cinnamon which makes it taste even better

You can add more spices if you like. If you don´t have pumpkin spice put 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves. How many Crème Brûlées you´ll have depends on the size of the ramekins you are using. If using big ones, you´ll have about three Crème Brûlées and if using small ones, you´ll have about six.

This Christmassy Crème Brûlée is the dessert you have been looking for. It is sweet and really tasty, so everyone will love it.
