Easy Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1,5 pounds Brussels Sprouts about 680 grams
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons sage or more, to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt or more, to taste
- pinch of balck pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 440 degrees (225 in Celsius).
- Cut the bottom of each Brussels sprout off and then slice in half lengthwise. Pull off any yellow outer leaves.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and place the Brussels sprouts on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for about 25 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are slightly browned, tender throughout and crispy.
- Serve hot!
